panera bread. what kind of clothes should i wear? (shirt and tie? just collared shirt?)

b u m p.

depends on part of country ...HOWEVER if this is for a real full time career path job.... I woudl advise always wear a tie. even if it is khakis, a blue shirt and a red white blue rep tie ...... you will always be dressed well

if it is for a summer job --collared shirt would be ok ...but advise above still applies

this is for a part time (20 hours a week) job in southern california. so should i just wear a collared shirt with pants?

Always wear a tie and a shirt to any interview. Skip the suit if it's retail. If it's real estate/ibanking or big stuff, always wear a suit. Your app actually gets tossed if you dress sloppy. This I learned from Cushman Wakefield HR at an alumni event.
