I got deferred!

Hey guys! I got deferred from Yale on Thursday of last week and was wondering what else I can do to increase my chances of getting in. One of them is definitely submitting mid-year grade reports, but can I write a letter to the admissions rep for my region? I also received all A’s this past semester, so do you believe that’ll help?
