I recently received acceptance letters from my three top school: Lesley University, Hartford University, and MassArt.

They all offered me merit scholarships, but I'm not considering that at the moment. Right now I'm having a hard time choosing between Lesley and MassArt. I heard both good and bad things about both. I've heard MassArt has a great Graphic Design program, my intended major, but I have also heard this about Lesley.

If anyone has any feedback on either schools I would LOVE and really appreciate hearing it.

P.s. Lesley University's art school used to be called the Art Institute of Boston if your not familiar with the name.

Congratuations! Both are good schools. See if they have an accepted students day at each school and take a 2nd look. Consider all aspects of the school - neighborhood, student life, housing - anything that might distinguish one school from the other. My son was faced with a similar decision last year (different schools) and it boiled down to the difference in distance from home.

Thanks for your reply! For these school in particular I’m not concerned about the distance because they are both three hours away in Boston. I haven’t visited MassArt yet, but I am planning to do so in March I’m also planning to revisit Lesley in March.
