<p>I am in a HUGE dilemma. I got into Michigan Ann Arbor off the waitlist. My problem is Im planning on attending Wisconsin. I am in the best dorm at Wisc and met a lot of friends and actually seen Wisc (Ive never seen Michigan). Originally, Michigan was my dream school but after I got waitlisted I thought I would NEVER get off the waitlist or at least get off it in June when it would be too late. When I went to Wisconsin last month, I absolutely loved it. If I go to Mich it might be too late to get into the best dorms, the classes I want and to get rid of my lease for Statesider dorm at Wisconsin (a binding contract). I am planning on being a business major but as of right now Im Undecided at both LSA at Michigan and Letters and Sciences at Wisconsin. I dont know if Ill be too stressed if I go to Michigan and if I can even get into Ross. I felt that it would be too compeititve and be a small fish in a big sea. What does everyone think? I need to make up my mind FAST, put it that way.</p>
<p>If you like one better at this point, why don't you just stick with it? Both are great schools and in a similiar choice I decided to save 40K @ Madison</p>
<p>Yeah, stay with Wisco. Don't give up a cheaper school that you know you'll like for a more expensive one pretty much solely on name recognition that you're worried you won't enjoy.</p>
<p>He's OOS for both schools. Unless he has a scholarship that i'm not aware of, Wisconsin isn't too much cheaper, or at least not enough to rule Michigan out. </p>

<p>actually I would go to umich bro. Think about it, it was dream school to attend and you finally achieved it. Sure Wisconsin has the vibe going, but you dont want to go to Wisconsin and say to urself, man I did have umich what would it have been like there? Can you still visit? Think of it this way, if you got into mich the same time as wisconsin where would you have gone?</p>

<p>From what I've seen, the 2 schools are about as similar as any 2 prominent colleges are. What 2 other famous colleges are as similar as these 2? And what can you do at Michigan that you can't do at Wisconsin, and vice versa?</p>
