i most likely wont attend if i get into Berkeley or dont get into the business program at U MICh.

when did you apply?

app was complete 11/28

gratz on the acceptance sonic...im just wondering...what other schools are you applying to?

i applied to all UC's EXCEPT Merced and Santa Cruz. also applied to Boston Univ, Washington Univ- St louis, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, and American Univ.

Congratulations You'll probably get into sonicpwr. Unfortunately, I don't think you will be joing Michigan in the fall. For one thing, you don't have the sort of stats (I am only guessing, but I would say that your SAT is on the low side for Ross) that will get you into Ross directly...unless you are a URM. Secondly, I am pretty sure you will get into Cal.

Alexander- what do u mean by "Cal", are you saying you are pretty sure i will get into all the UC's i applied to?

You are from California dude! You should know that there is only one "Cal"! hehe! I am almost certain you will get into Berkeley. Near straight As, top 2% of your class and 1350 on your SAT? Unless you applied to Engineering, I cannot see Cal turning down a California resident with your credentials. Besides, I do not think you will get into Ross, so you probably will end up going somewhere else...most likely Cal.

oh wow!, you are the first person to tell me with such confidence that i would get into berkeley, everyone is telling me my SAT was too low, but you give me hope, thanks, you have enlightened my future

Sonicpwr, Cal's SAT averages are high because of Engineering and out of state students. Non-Engineering in-staters usually have SAT scores that hover in 1250-1400 range and you are right in the middle of that range. I am not saying you will definitely get in, but your grades, class rank and SAT combined make you a very solid candidate. I'd say Cal is a match for you.
