I got my acceptance to Fordham LC--but no fin. aid letter?

Is that weird?

Did you check the 'Financial Aid Summary' on the OASIS site?

Btw... Congrats!!

No, Im not even sure what oasis is. I know its on Fordham's Website but I never signed on it or anything.

thanks :-)

p.s. I just attempted to log in...and it didnt let me. lol.

Here's the link: https://oasis.fordham.edu/. Click on 'Enter Student Services', then type in your social security # for the 'Student ID' and the last 4 digits of ur zip code for the 'PIN'. You should be able to set up a new Student ID afterwards. Try it out.

If all that works, you should be able to see ur financial aid package by clicking on 'Financial Aid Summary'.

thanks, it worked now. I wasn't typing in the right student ID.

However, in the meantime, my mom called the fin. aid office and they said another 3 weeks until I get my fin. aid package?

wth?

Three weeks!?!? Where do u live?

Philadelphia. I don't understand at all---did everyone else get there's now? All my other schools, except nyu, I got it from.

That's really weird... Check some other threads...

kk, did you get in?

i got in to RH... no fin aid package either.
in the letter it says it should be available by early April.

I got my letter yesterday - Iwas accepted, and I recieved a financial aid packet - they're offering me a $2,500 renewable scholarship, in addition to work study.

I was rather surprised at the stinginess, in all honesty, because I have fairly high stats, and I recieved a lot more money from some other similar schools.

My fin. aid came in a seperate envelope from my decision the next few days. so don't freak out until next week.

S got into LC. His OASIS summary says "Your aid package is not complete." Form letter with acceptance says that financial aid letters will be mailed in early April. My niece already goes to Fordham and says "don't hold your breath" for timely delivery. She had to call several times to get her info.
