<p>I handed my supplements/common app exactly on November 19th..and I got my decision yesterday..what does this supposed to mean? Did this happen to anybody else too?</p>

<p>missprincess, UM practices rolling admissions. That means that once they make their decision about you, they will notify you. Decisions are not all released at once. UM has already finished releasing EA decisions, so now they’re starting to release RD ones.</p>
