When I got my SAT scores, I was disappointed and satisfied at the same time.
I had a score of M:780 V:620 W:750 (12) (2150)
Is October SAT Test too late for ED? is it too much risk??

I'm taking SAT 2 Bio this month, and SAT 2 PHysics Next month. and saving October up for SAT Retake.

Since I did horribly on the Verbal part (-70 points) and Math (-20points), so I'm sure about 50 points increase if i retook it this year.
Although its not the score i aim for, but it will make me feel better now and when i'm filling out the college apps.

So should I combine the Bio and PHysics to next month testing and take the SAT this month???

Muratbay:
Your math score of 780 is fabulous, and for all extents and purposes, the same as 800. Your Writing score of 750 is likewise excellent. Your Verbal definitely could be improved.

For ED, October SAT is fine. Many colleges also accept November SATs, so this gives you two more chances at retaking.

Whatever the case, you could certainly take two SAT2s in one sitting. Each is only one hour long.

So October test won't be cutting it too close?

I guess I'll do as I planned. Thanks.

780 was disappointing to me because I remembered that I accidently erased a answer or two at the end of the section and forgot to fill it up......

congrats on the great scores -- with a little more studying, you should be able to bring that verbal score up. I would really work on studying for it, since another 40 points would make a huge difference.

You have time to retake the test and your plan sounds like it would work out great!
