I got put on the fall wait list for USC

<p>Earlier this week, I heard back from University of South Carolina and I was accepted, however I could start in Spring 2012. At least I wasn't rejected. I really would like to go here and if I want to be put on the wait list, I have to reply by May 1. What are the chances of me getting off of that wait list? I was looking at some stats and about 5000 of the admitted students did not choose to enroll. Does that make my chances strong.</p>
