I got selected for ELC

<p>is that any good for me to get accepted by UCB, UCLA or UCSD??
i have 4.32 in UC GPA..
for all 5 SATs,, SAT1+2SAT2s, i have 3680/4000..
according to the UC chart, total SAT scores should be around 1900/4000</p>

<p>well ya,,, yesterday i got the whole packet,, you know,, brochures and everthing, the letter says, congratulaton, you are qualified for UC ELC program or something like that,, and they give you ID and pin number for online UC application,,,
what state do i live in?? california..</p>
