I guess I am kind of in trouble..Any idea will be appreciated - Pre-Pharmacy

So i just finished my first year at UTA as a Nursing student....and now i am thinking of doing pharmacy starting next year instead...
I decided that during my 2nd year I will start applying to UT Austin Pharm. School..
Problem is..I still have a bunch of prerequistes that i need and also the PCAT.
Since I am just thinking of switching major to pre-pharm i am in the middle of no where i guess..
Because see, out of those prerequistes that i need prior to applying to UT Austin..
I still need Calu 1& 2, Chem 2, O chem 1&2, genetics, micro...and some other introduction classes.
I will try to take probably chem 2 and intro to psy during summer 2 ( apparently i can't do summer 1 it's too late.)
if i do it that way that i can probably finish up o chem 1, Calu 1, genetics in the fall..
Now here the HARDEST problem...I am NOT prepared for the PCAT at all!! If i want to apply to UT Austin pharmD program during my 2nd year in college then that means i need to take the PCAT the lastest in September....heard there's a bunch of o chem and calu stuffs on the PCAT...so how can i take it in september ,,when i barely started my Calc 1 & o chem classes?
Should i wait one more year to apply to pharm sch then...(just because of pcat T.T )?
if so by then i might have much more credits than now...is that bad ? (in the situation of pharm school) cuz i know some school don't like transfers to have too many credits...
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated thanks guys.
