I had a dream I got in everywhere I applied

no kidding, zante. just like those "mundane but awfully realistic" dreams.. only this guy must've woken up feeling TRULY tired. >_<

zante, the only likely letter I've got was in my dreams. :(
Tx for the congrats, anyway!

haha for awhile i thought bogororo got a likely from princeton, then i thought he really got one from dartmouth, until the last sentence "...then i woke up".

Hmm I don't know how I missed that, but I think you deserve the congrats anyway :)

I've had dreams where I got into medical school, I'm not even in college yet, geez.

Anyway, all these likely stuff is making me even more anxious and I think it's the same with most people. I'm like waiting to be rejected now, cuz intels will probably be likely-letter material.

The idea of likely letters creeps me out. It's already enough to freak out about, whether or not you'll get an acceptance letter. So they throw in a likely letter to further the anxiety.

Well likelies are pretty certain so yea waiting/wanting one furthers anxiety but getting one would be quite a relief!

Sure, getting one would be great, true. But i mean it just multiplies the stress/euphoria. You can be happy if you get in, or sad if you don't. Or you can wait for a likely letter freaking out, and then be happy, but wondering if it's really gonna happen. Or not get one and become discouraged before the process isn't over.

Not that I'm complaining about them, I don't think I'd have a problem with getting a likely letter when I apply to colleges.

I love Likely letters because it makes me feel that all my hard work hasn't gone to waste like it does at my school.

But getting accepted would do the same thing.

This sounds stupid, but I'd like a likely letter if I got one, but if I didn't I wouldn't like them. I'm just currently seeing the bad side of them since I haven't even applied to college.

lol well yea, I don't like to be left out either. But it's not as harsh as a rejection.
It's nice to go into the decisions period knowing something.

true, thats why I applied ea to tulane

Ah tulane. They sent me the personal app thing, waived my app fee and the essay. Did they do the same for you?

At the beginning of the next 9 week period, I'll be in AP Psychology, I dreamed that I got a 5 on the exam.

Lolz, I've had a simmilar dream last night. This time I got a likely letter from Bowdoin. W T F ?! Couldn't I be admitted in REAL life as well?
