I hate CalMail

The interface is a piece of ****.

ah yes, thats why I use the email program that came on my handy little powerbook to check my mail. Its much better.

What interface is better than CalMail? I actually find it to be my favorite of Neomail, Horde, and SquirrelMail. Of course, I typically use Outlook for my mail anyway, but when I have to use webmail CalMail generally is my favorite interface overall (note that I don't use hotmail, yahoo mail, and only on rare occassion gmail).

I think calmail is ok. Not great but not horrible.

Gmail baby. :)

Use Outlook or a similar program, that way you don't have to bother with web browsers and log-ons just to check your mail.

I love my Gmail--quick and amazing.

I used Outlook for years, and recently converted everything to Gmail. Why waste space on my comp when I can use Gmail's 1 Gig? And checking Gmail is the same as running mail synch on Outlook, no login in necessary if you have Gmail notifier. I even have it set up so that my comp says "You've Got Mail" when I get new mail. :)

Forward your e-mail going to your CalMail accountto some provider of your choice: Yahoo, GMail, ISP, etc.

Did you try changing the profile to "Golden Fleece"? It changes everything and it's almost like an online Outlook.

"Why waste space on my comp when I can use Gmail's 1 Gig?"

Hahahaha, like you have so many e-mails that their size would actually begin to even be a consideration. If I had anything close to a gig of e-mails that I actually needed, I would probably have to re-evaluate my e-mail habits rather than get a new account.

I still haven't seen anyone post a good reason to insult Calmail anyway. I mean, really, it has links for inbox, compose, and spam. It's fast and clean. The only mildly annoying thing is that because of the use of frames, the left display can show old information because it isn't refreshed every time the main display is.

Eudean: You know you can change the amount of time before it refreshes, right?
