Hi- I hate chemistry... How can I learn to like it? i need to boost up my grade for the last quarter to end the year with a solid finish. I'm sick of it but I know i must develop a certain level of interest so at least i can open the book and do the homework every night. Please write.

an easy but a bit costly way is to get a personal tutor. She/he'll help your difficulty areas.
If you get better at it, hopefully you'll start to enjoy your grades, and hopefully you'll start to love chemistry.
i like chemistry!

I hate chemistry too, especially since its my senior year. With math and physics i can learn the material by just listening in class. In chem listening in class doesnt cut it...you have to actually pick up and read the textbook. And thats just something im too lazy to do right now =]

chemistry is awesome, except yes, you must work hard at it.
You really need to practice and keep up with homework and reading.

if you continue to work hard, youll get better at it and then youll like it more :)

I love chemistry. I suggest doing really hard problems cuz you feel really good when you finish them. It's why I like chemistry.

i got a 92 on a quiz today, and it's such a celebration. i'm gonna go ahead brag and say i didn't study for it! i like that i can do chemistry (more generally, science and math) homework while watching tv, which is probably the only advantage it has over the humanities. in middle school, i was math/science-oriented... it's amazing how much i've changed. i think as my english skills improved, i came to like the humanities better, since it's my natural inclination (i was interested in history in my native country, so that explains it). the first english book i ever read was in 5th grade!

i love me chemistrizzle!

well i love chemistry so i really can't relate. But I would say just listen in class and take notes. That's all you need to do. But you have to do it really well in order that it to be effective.
