<p>Are you talking about a book or the ACT course. For the ACT course, the Kaplan tests are actual old ACTs.</p>

<p>Sparknotes ACT tests in their book are even worse, unfortunately.</p>
<p>They couldn't even manage to get the answer sheet right. As you probably know, the ACT alternated answer choices ABCDE with FGHJK (or ABCD with FGHJ on 4 answer questions.) Sparknotes tests mimic this, but the answer sheets are all ABCDE. Lame.</p>

<p>I hope they've fixed it by now, but D@#%, that's inexcusable.</p>
<p>Amen on Kaplan being inaccurate. I was taking one of the english practice tests and I only got one wrong, so I was feeling pretty good about myself because I knew all of the answers and the one question I got wrong was a dumb error on my part. So then I try an english test from that free little packet from the ACTand got more wrong, and actually felt challenged</p>
