Edit: title refers to the organization, though the test itself is also hate-worthy.

ACT really screws over international students. We can't view our scores online or use the early score viewing service. I took the December ACT and STILL have no idea what my scores are, and yet I have to send them to colleges anyhow (which may hurt me if the scores are low...). What's worse is that we can only take the ACT writing on two test dates a year. And on the test, they don't let you write in the freaking test booklet.

And you can't get your scores by phone because of stupid "confidentiality" purposes. Even though you have to pay to find out scores by phone with SAT (I think...?), if this were the SAT, I would at least know what scores I got after having taken the test over a MONTH ago. But you wouldn't need to find out by phone with SAT, because everything is nicely put up online for you. But no, ACT is still in the '30s and decided it doesn't want to update and so now it's technologically retarded.

This is ridiculous.... I found out my composite from an an application status check site listing the official scores received by the college before finding out the scores myself (I know deals with mail problems, but I'm still ticked that there is no website or phone service to find out scores...). But that doesn't really help, since I don't know the breakdown. Thank you, ACT.
