<p>How many of you have UC Irvine as your FIRST CHOICE?
&& why is it your first choice above the rest?</p>

and i'm so effing borderline GRR (OOS)</p>
<p>hi-UCI is my first choice, i live in MA, visited a bunch of colleges and though it's not a very convincing point for putting a college as first choice--i REALLY liked their campus.</p>
<p>besides that it's strong in biological sciences...i want to take the pre-med track
and it's not as hard to excel at UCI as it is in for ex USC/UMich</p>
<p>the UC GPA is killing me though...i basically took all honors and APs and did mediocre in everything <em>Sigh</em> wasn't thinking about UCs then...darn i should've dropped down in something. wah.</p>
<p>i wish there was a way for them to know HOW MUCH i want to go there. =(</p>

<p>UCR is less selective than UCI. So basically, they can go through applications much quicker..."oh, a 3.5? Just put it in the 'accept' pile" ;)</p>
<p>But yeah...the wait for UCI (and the rest of the UCs, lol) is so LONG!!!
One more month to go...or two if they're really evil :)</p>
