I hate to be that guy but...chances?

So I hate to be "that guy," but it'd be nice to get a decent idea of what my chances are so here goes:

I go to a small Catholic high school in Virginia
Class rank: 5/63 (very tight top 5, I could finish anywhere from 2-5)
SAT: 1510 (770 CR, 740 MA). just took SAT again and I'm positive I raised my math.
ACT: 32 (34 math and english, 36 reading, and 25 on the science section, which really isn't a science section, but whatever). I'm taking it again in a couple weeks just to raise that science score.
School doesn't offer AP courses, but I took two AP exams last year in U.S. Gov't and English Language. 5's on both.
Though my school doesn't offer AP courses it still has a very challenging curriculum: I have 5 years of math (up through Calc and I'm also taking stats), 4 years of science (bio, chem, physics 1 and 2), 5 english classes, 5 foreign language classes (3 Spanish, 2 latin), computer applications, 5 history/ social studies classes (world history 1 and 2, us gov't, us history, economics), and 4 years of theology classes.

Extracurriculars:
Sports Editor of the school paper
Treasurer of school's very involved NHS
Tutor after school multiple days of the week
4 year baseball letter (expecting 4th letter this upcoming season): last year I was first team all conference, all area honorable mention, 2 year captain
2 year basketball letter (expecting 2nd letter this upcoming season); have been told by coach I will most likely be captain for upcoming season
With one other student I organized my school's NHS sponsored Cystic Fibrosis Dance, which raised money for cystic fibrosis research (getting a guest speaker, prizes, planning the dance itself, getting pledge cards to students so they could get donations, and setting up school gymnasium for the dance were the main responsibilities.)
2 year member of my school's Student Government and Service Committee
Work part time

So I was just wondering first of all if I should apply EA? my essays are close to done. And what would my chances be?

I also am an assistant coach of my brother’s little league team. I’m also part of a science club at school called sub club, where you basically build mini submarines and compete with them at a regional competition

You look very competitive, especially if your ACT can get to 33-34 (yeah, the science section is not really science, so, with the right techniques, it’s the easiest to improve.) Taking the AP exams without having the classes shows good initiative. Best thing is to talk to your admissions rep. S/he will give you good insight. I had the conversation last year, was advised to apply EA, and was accepted. ND is serious about essays, so really work on those. Good luck!!
