Secondly, how is the financial aid for OOS students there?

And finally, how's student life at UD?

Thanks in advance!

Just guessing here, but I would expect you to be admitted despite lackluster SATs. Everything else points to an active well rounded promising student. UD also welcomes the opportunity to increase diversity of the student body. That should work in your favor, but warn you not to expect a lot of diversity if that is irritant to you. I would not expect merit aid based on your stats, so financial aid will depend on your family situation. If you don’t get a response here re student life, go to college *******.com. My daughter says the student reviews there are pretty accurate. Hope this helps.

That was college ******* dot com. I guess cc does not allow hyperlinks.

Ok, since this thing won’t let me write the actual form of the word, it would be “one who prowls”

Hahaha thank you crobinpa! I’m going to check it out right now!

I expect you have a good chance, for the same reasons crobinpa wrote. Give it your best effort and good luck!

Thanks dowzerw! I really hope I get accepted into UD because it’s a really beautiful school

Good luck FutureDoctor31 sounds to me like they would be lucky to have you

My son was acvepted there with stats and profile similar to yours, so my guess is that it will be a go. However, OOS financial aid is not good, from what I have heard. A lot of our family members have gone to UD and they love it there, a reason why my son applied there. For an OOS school, it has a lot of kids from other areas, so it’s not like some state schools where most everyone knows each other and you don’'t, being the outsider.

The only problem I see is financial aid. Cousins didn’t get full need met even being instate. And your stats are not going to snag you any merit money.
