I have a 2.3 gpa? possible way to try to raise it to 3.0 by end of highschool?

So i am now a junior in high school, for about 3 months now. Freshman year i did fairly well, I had a gpa of 3.5 but did not take honor classes. I switched schools die to social thing and the school is very tough. I take all honors and the school’s reputation is known to be a difficult school. I basically failed sophmore year. I honestly did not realize how bad i was doing till it was almost to late. My grades were: C-, D, C, B-, and another C :/. The class Ii had gotten a D in was Algebra, and i just did really bad the second semester. Right now, I do not know how iam doing but i know i dont have a C- in any classes so far. Anyways, my point is do you think it is possible if try to only get B’s, and only one C (because it will be impossible for me not to) to raise my GPA by 3.0 at least? I forgot to add all of our gpa’s are weighted due to our school and my gpa weighted is only 3.0 and my goal is just to have my unweighted 3.0. I decided starting next week i am going to start retaking the second semester of Algebra 2 online because that is the class i did bad in, do you think that can help my grade? The college i wanted to go to was NYU, ball state, or university of British Columbia really bad but now i am doubting myself due to my horrible grades. Any response would be helpful. thanks! (btw)I havent taken the PSAT or the SAT but I have began studying fro the PSAT so I hope to do well on that. EC I do is I play tennis and basketball, I am going to began volunteering to and next summer I am doing a exchange program.

(2.3 * 4 semesters + 4.0 * 4 semesters) / 8 semesters = 3.15, if you get all A’s from now on. A 3.7 every semester would get you an even 3.0.
