How can I get it off or how could I make that no look so bad on my college applications?

Ask if you can retake the class. Some HS will allow the grade to be replaced.

im currently retaking trigonometry and I got a D in it.

In our HS, if you retake a class that you got a D or F in, the new grade (which is presumably better) will replace the D/F and be calculated into the GPA. The credits for the original grade will be zeroed out and the D/F will not be calculated into the GPA, ALTHOUGH IT WILL REMAIN ON THE TRANSCRIPT.

Hope that helps.

LOL, you got a D AND an F? That stinks =[

Thanks a lot. I already took the class in summer school and got a B. Is that the same thing?

YOu can take an online class if your school accepts it through BYU - that’s what my son did this summer - and got a B+ to replace the D. Check it out.

@Elizabethh what was the name of the website that he took it on because I REALLY don’t need a bad grade on my transcripts .
