<p>My instate college Iowa State opened its application super early on July 1st. I want to apply and get an acceptance a couple days later to have in the bag. But there is section on there for National Merit and Achievement. I have a 196 and am African American so I think i will get NA semi finalist. Should i mark it down for scholarship purposes(the actual admit is by formula). Or should i wait until i get semi finalist confirmation.</p>
