Alright, so throughout my first three years of high school, I have taken 4 out of 5 available AP classes (the one I didn't take was an elective available to me during my freshman year). Unfortunately, I've only taken AP tests for 2 of these 4 classes. For the first AP class I took freshman year, I couldn't take the exam because of some extenuating circumstances. Out of the three AP classes I took junior year, I canceled the exam score for one of them, because I did poorly. I got a 4 and a 5 on the other two exams though. Should I report these scores, or should I hold them back?

Any responses guys? I’m asking, because I’ve heard it’s not a good idea to report scores if you haven’t taken all the exams.

If you want responses, try using a title that relates to your post - such as “Should I report AP scores on my app?”. It’s actually pretty simple. No one wants to click on a thread that says I have a Dilemma.

True, but this thread has been viewed 83 times with 1 response from another poster.

I don’t think that there’s a way to take/retake the two AP tests you missed/canceled before May 2011.

So your question is whether or not to report the 4 and 5 for the tests you took. Those are good grades, so I would put conspiratorial theories aside and report them. It can only help your application. I can’t see how not reporting any AP scores can be a help.
