<p>No, all freshmen are assigned to suites. The only people that don't get suites (and get stand-alone doubles and singles) are usually upperclassmen and occasionally sophomores.</p>
<p>It is really amazing housing. I am not sure whether Harvard or Yale have better Freshman housing but they are both amazing.</p>
