I have decided to apply to 8 colleges and I believe I have narrowed my search down to 7 (+1)</p>
<p>I am a senior in FL. Cuban and first generation.</p>
<p>GPA-3.45
Weighted GPA-4.5</p>
<p>SAT=1790
ACT= 28</p>
<p>(Not retaking either test)</p>
<p>AP tests- I have passed World Hist, and I know I have passed Biology, Spanish, and English as well</p>
<p>I am in the IB program and have taken the hardest course load available to me.I have accumulated about 150 service hours volunteering as a tutor at an elementary school. I started a small film group and I am in Spanish Honor society and National Honor society.</p>
<p>(I also taught myself HTML and CSS and made a website for my class if that helps my cause lol)</p>

<p>I know the university of chicago is a reach but Im not sure about the others, especially the out of state ones (non-Florida)</p>
<p>Also, do you think I have a better chance at Umass or U of New Hampshire? And are any of these OOS schools good with financial aid. I cannot pay a penny for college out of pocket and neither can my family (no exaggeration).</p>
