I am currently a sophomore andI have straight A's in all my classes except for one, I have a c+ in a technology/elective class. Can this hurt me at all when applying for college?

(Can you raise it to a C++?)

Why do you have a C in this class? I can’t see it hurting you that much, especially since some colleges don’t consider non-academic classes when they recalculate your GPA, but it’s still not good.

Thanks, I’ll try to raise it, There’s about 2 weeks left for the marking period to end.

i’m not sure how things work at your high school, but at my school, only “college preparatory” (or AP) classes count towards college GPA, so some electives and other classes don’t affect college GPA (like PE for example)
