You can turn that function off. In FAQ (see above) go to READING & POSTING MESSAGES, then go to 'WHAT IS EMAIL NOTIFICATION."

wait.Is there a permanent way to do this.Because i followed the link and it took me to my control panel.I deleted the threads that i was subcribed to.But i dont think i permanently disabled this function so that i dont get notification for future threads i post in.
I thought that would do it permanently. Go to “contact us” at the bottom of the page and send a message to the moderators. They can help you.
