<p>Anyway, I was wondering if all the kids that apply to top schools (Ivies and such) are candidates similar to people on here? I have been noticing kids posting their stats, and it seems like I am nothing compared to them. INTEL science fair winners, nearly perfect test scores, 1000 hours of community service, captain of three varsity sports teams, etc. Are these the only type of kids that get into these schools? </p>

<p>CC represents a group of kids who are educated about the college admissions process. This would give them a slight advantage over the others in a pool of bright, talented applicants. To answer your question about if those are the only types of kids that are accepted, besides "hooked" students, yeah.</p>
