I have a stupid question...

<p>Well, I feel like I should know this, considering that I applied early to the place and all....but what's a "likely letter"?</p>

<p>There seems to be a bit of debate over who exactly recieves them, or if Princeton sends them at all? Should I be disappointed by the fact that I did not?</p>

<p>The admissions counselor that I talked to in my area (Cat McManus) said that Princeton doesn't send out any of those letters to anyone, but from what I'm reading in another thread they send them to recruited athletes.</p>
