I am attending CSU Fullerton. I was accepted in Dec and I am really excited. I applied for housing the first day it opened. We have accepted the financial aid offer…online… NOW WHAT? part of the offer were loans… now what? I haven’t rec’d anything in the mail …should I ? I plan on calling but thought I would ask her too.
Have you signed up for orientation? Have you looked over your major curriculum and figure out a possible 1st semester schedule?
If you have accepted your financial aid, then all you have to do is submit any required paperwork on your to do list if needed.
Aid is disbursed a week prior to the first day of classes each semester, and thereafter as available.
Starting in June, dorm bedding and essentials will be available in the stores, so you might want to start slowly accumulating some items throughout the summer.
Continue to check your Titan portal for updates.
You should read up on the MPN (master promissory note) that you will be signing for those loans.
I agree with @auntbea Understand the loan terms and your repayment expectations before signing. Steer clear of non-subsidized loans.
