I have an interview with a professor on Thursday for a lab spot. Any tips?

<p>If you've ever interviewed for a lab spot, can you tell me what it was like or how much preparation you were expected to do? Right now, I'm looking at 400 pages of primary lab research tracing back to 2001, but how much do they realistically want me to understand?</p>
