I am an International student applying for electrical engineering. I have been accepted by Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, UWaterloo and UCSB. Where should I go?

My main criteria are:

  1. Quality of education.
  2. Hands on approach and industry exposure
  3. Entrepreneurship opportunities
  4. Availability of internships and job opportunities
  5. Getting into a good grad school
  6. Tuition cost
  7. Weather (15-25 Celsius)(59-77 Fahrenheit)
