I have been accepted off a waitlist to a university, how do I notify the college that I paid my deposit to that I will not attend?

The original university I paid my deposit to was Notre Dame, I can not find anywhere online the information for who I should email and how exactly to write the letter to the university indicating that I no longer intend to attend the university.
