<p>I'm a junior too, so I don't have much idea.
But it seems like if you work hard and do well on the satII you could have a chance at georgetown.
I would just definately work to stress your interest and involvement in international relations...cause thats the focus</p>

<p>Your SAT scores are murdering your chances. Get them up. Then you'll have a decent shot.</p>

though i do agree you should raise them to maximize your chances
