I have no idea what to major in

Hello, I am currently ending my sophmore year at UCO in Edmond Oklahoma. I am currently under a Applied Liberal Arts Degree. I am very interested in pursuing a career that will help the natural environment. Ideally, I would like to work with civilization to make it green from within. I am interested in an Environmental Consulting position. However I have never been good at math. I do like learning about science but I haven't performed the best in a classroom setting.

A little background information:

Up until my senior year of high school I wanted to be a viola performance major. I enjoyed and performed very well in music, foreign language, creative writing, and theater. Knowing that I am strong in the Arts makes me feel like I am setting myself up for failure in pursuit of a green job, and I although I do not want to be discouraged, I also want to be realistic.

My school (UCO) is offering a Energy Economics Major this fall that I was considering picking up, but I went to a meeting about it and it seems like I would have to get a masters and possibly a Ph.D to get into a stable line of work.
My boyfriend thinks I should major in Marketing because it sounds more friendly for the Artistic type.
Would pursuing a degree in Energy Economics be something I might regret? If I am correct, it sounds like a degree that is focused on data and crunching numbers. I see myself as a middle man who can relay the data to businesses/clients in more understandable terms.

Please only encouraging and helpful replies. I am here to learn and gain new ideas.
