I have no idea where i stand

<p>I really don't know where I stand in relation to the rest of the world</p>

<p>My GPA is about 3.8 (top 10% in my class)
SAT I
Writing- 800 Critical reading- 720 Math- 680 (I've studied and I hope to bring critical reading and math both up by 30 points or so)
SAT II
Chemistry- 700 US History- 750
(will take Literature this October)
AP
AP Language and Comp- 5
AP US History- 5
AP Chemistry- 4</p>

<p>Potential (fingers crossed) National Merit Semifinalist (My score this year is the same as the cutoff score for last year so it's close)

<p>umm, well you look pretty well off to me. Not quite HYPS material but definitely set for some good colleges.</p>

<p>I don't really know what else to tell you. Do you at least have any specific colleges in mind?</p>

<p>Uh...you're set for some tier 1 colleges for sure but, did you want us to chance you or have us find some colleges for you?</p>

Harvard
Amherst
Northeastern
Connecticut College</p>

<p>I don't necessarily want to go to Harvard or any of these colleges for that matter, I just want some vague idea</p>

<p>Well, you're not QUITE at HYPS level/top LACs but in your case, they're still worth applying to. </p>

<p>You should be a good fit for Northeastern and Connecticut.</p>
