I'm supposed to be in Calc III, which I can take at the community college, but the program taking classes there has requirements. You have to be a senior or junior. I've finished the math sequence at my school. My counselor who got arrested for having sex with a student signed me up for Algebra 2 Honors? That's the normal advanced nath sequence. Now that she's gone the school doesn't have a new counselor yet to replace mine, so I got to talk to another counselor. She said it was unacceptable for me to take classes at the cc. I hear you can take these classes through gifted programs online but you have to apply, right? Also I can't really afford to pay for a class. I also don't think it'll go in my transcript. They make it strict that dual enrollment, online classes (from a state made virtual school), and classes taken at the school are listed.

What class have you finished for math most recently? Generally, you wouldn’t take Calc III until you’ve finished Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, some kind of Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, and Calculus II. At least that’s how it is at my school. You can’t skip from, say, geometry or Algebra II straight to Calculus III. However, if the other counselor is just plain messing up, and doesn’t realize that you’ve already taken Calculus I and II, then I would talk to him or her again and let her know. Or talk to your principal.

Or, you could always take the class outside of the school day. You may not get high school credit for it, but when applying to college, you can send your college transcript with your high school transcript and they will see that you have taken it. Again, this is assuming you have taken all math through Calculus II. It is not a good idea at all to skip levels of math, especially from Algebra II to Calc III.

lmao

What high school math classes have you taken? You could take AP Stat.

My counselor said that you can take classes at a CC but you will be restricted in how much and what type of classes you want to take.

Look up Amy Saffos. She also had sex with the other staff members. I’ve already taken the stat exam.

I’ve taken Calc AB but took the BC exam.

Your post was so incoherent it’s impossible to advise you. You say you are “supposed” to take calc 3, but you didn’t say whether you scored well enough on the BC exam to place into it. You say that cc is restricted to upperclassmen, but you didn’t tell us whether you are an upperclassman or not. You say the other counselor said it was “unacceptable” for you to take the cc class, but you don’t tell us what reason she gave. You say you could take the classes through a gifted program online, but you don’t explain why it seems to you an insurmountable problem that you would have to apply for this. You say you don’t think it will go on your high school transcript, but then you don’t explain what you think your high school has to do with it anyway if it is something they are not going to be giving you credit for. You say you don’t have money to pay. Well, is it going to cost money or not?

Fantastic job, now anyone can pinpoint your exact high school and then find you.

Nice.

you don’t have the emotional maturity to take Calc 3

is she hot? that’s the first thing comes to mind. you could’ve exclude that.

isn’t it summer? wait until fall to decide.

^^^ Look her up. I almost threw up.

the student was tempted by the prospective experience rather than looks i guess.

Amy is love, Amy is life. A true legend.
