Hey, I'm sophomore now
and i have a question about Extra Credit!
I really have no idea for what can i do ... for EC!
Except sports.. i'm really not good at sports..
what can i do for EC?
What you guys did for EC? Except sports! and music....

… I have no idea what you can do for extra credit. That’s something you have to ask whoever is willing to give you extra credit…

On this website ECs typically refer to Extracurricular Activities. They include anything you do when you are not in school or doing homework. You already mentioned two popular ones: sports and music. But there are a lot of other things you can spend your time with: a job, babysitting younger siblings, volunteer positions (in an animal shelter or a hospital or a youth group or a church or…), etc. For the purpose of college admissions, you want to highlight ECs that are “productive” in some ways. I wouldn’t necessarily mention playing video games for 20 hours a week on my college application, although it is technically an EC.
