I have several questions about several colleges

i tried talking to most office of admissions people on the phone and to be quite frank most of them are quite incompetant . so i was hoping for other people applying to similar schools to help me out.

DUKE QUESTIONS:
Why are there only 6 slots for the common app when i Take 7 classes?
when is the art supplement due and in what medium?
Is question #2 required for the common app?

HARVARD
When do they want the art supplement and in what medium?

It asks for a

Leaving or Qualifying Examination:

What leaving or qualifying examination, if any, do you expect to take before completing secondary school?

what exactly is that?

JOHNS HOPKINS
Why is it that the common app doesnt required to type in AP scores and the normal one does. does that even matter?
johns hopkins has two supplements. one as a link and one as a “create” type. but they’re exactly the same. am i suppose to send it by mail and online then?

YALE
yale has two supplements. one as a link and one as a “create” type. but they’re exactly the same. am i suppose to send it by mail and online then?

I can help with a couple of these:
-Yale and JHU: If you want to do the supplement online, use the "create" type. If you want to mail it, use the link to download a version and print it. Defintely do not send it two ways. The link will also take you to other necessary forms, such as teacher recs, school report, etc.
-Harvard: some school have exit exams; since you don't know what that is, your school probably doesn't, so leave it blank.
-Duke: If you take more courses than there are spaces for, use the additional information section to write in your last one

wow, that's perfect, thanks es

still wondering about the art stuff though
