I have to decide between Brown and Penn. Please help!

My parents are only letting me apply to one more school on list of schools. This leaves me with Brown and Penn.

I am considering a major in Chemistry, Poly Sci, Chemical Engineering, and History. My main focus is on Chemistry. I would consider a pre-med or pre-law track.

I am not that into partying, but I am not one to only study. I still want to have fun, just not by partying and drinking heavily.

Political leanings do not bother me. I will find enjoyment working with conservatives or liberals.

I also want to go to the school where I can get into a great grad school.

If there is anymore info that might help with recommendations, just ask. Thank You!

bump. anyone?

i have no idea, but personally, i would go penn simply because i like it better :)

i know that’s not much help, sorry

BUMP Don Quixote off his horse…I’d go with Penn

Your parents are “allowing you”? It’s your freaking college man. Its not like they are going to be students there. Man up and apply to both.

I can’t afford to apply to both. They have the money not me.

Can’t you drop another school on your list and then apply to both Penn and Brown?

I have already applied to the other schools. It took a lot of convincing to add one of these. Isn’t it strange that the two most opposite Ivy Leagues are giving me the most trouble? I am just not sure what I want. One thing I heard was that Penn has an amazing Chem program, but it is extremely hard to get As. I am not sure if that is standard for all top schools or if that is a good or bad thing.
