I haven't heard yet, does it mean i am denied admission

<p>I applied to School of Engineering on 15th December. I haven't heard yet. My transcripts and all was updated on 12th jan. I see that many people have heard. I haven't yet heard from them so I called them last nite and they said that my application is still with the committee and is under review. </p>

<p>Do you think this is a rejection because they are taking so much time ?</p>

<p>P.S. - I am international student.</p>

<p>I applied around Dec. 17th and still haven't heard. No one in my school has heard if they were non-top 10% and applied around Nov/Dec ish.</p>

<p>We should hear soon, though. :l</p>

<p>I think that my friend told me that most all of the decisions will be in the mail by March 19th. She's non-top-ten, so she was anxious to find out and called the office. From what she told me that's going to be a really big wave (of decision letters) week.</p>

<p>My daughter's status still says:
We've received all the items that are required to review and process your application. The Admissions Committee is currently reviewing your application for admission. Once we reach a decision, you'll be notified by mail and your decision will be posted on this page.
but now the "currently reviewing your application" part is in bold. Is anyone else's like this? It was not like that before yesterday.</p>

You can fnd out faster by logging on to your UT direct account and checking it.
The website is updated daily.</p>

<p>Yeah I have that bolded too! I saw something different and bolded, and I was like GAAAAHHH! But when I could focus to read it, nothing...I'm sure it's coming soon.</p>

But I've been wondering... If you apply later (Nov-Dec) rather than earlier, are you at a disadvantage?</p>

<p>as a transfer all mine says is "We've received all the items needed to review your application for admission. " ... lol this sucks :(</p>

<p>I heard March 9th decisions are going out...texas residents at least.</p>
