I hear that...

...The people who interviewed us find out who got in the day before the post results to us (tomorrow) and that they are allowed to tell us if we got in..is this true? Honestly, if its true and I don't hear back I'm gonna be soooo upset!

Who told you this?

I read it somewhere on this website :/

can anyone confirm this? cause if its true, I’m even more nervous than before haha and would be extremely scared if I don’t get an email tomorrow.

What is life!?!?

hahaha right?!
but There’s no way this is true. I’ve never of it happening before. I know the interviewer does find out because we talked about that during my interview, but he didn’t mention knowing beforehand, just that the next time he’s allowed to contact me first is to congratulate me…

Exactly!!!

never heard of it happening before**

I doubt its true. Where’s TheBlueDevil at when ya need him? hahaha

I wish we could just call him up when we pleased…

DukeApplicantProblems

Hahaha, exactly! Gosssh…I’ve never been soo nervous in my life!

same. almost 1 day man, almost down to 1 ugh

I took a nap and I woke up at like 5:59 on the dot and was like “oh snap 48 hours until I need to get ready to log in!!!”

My interviewer definitely told me that they find out a day or two before we do. They have access to a Duke website that lists the information for the people they interviewed and what their admission status is. BUT also said that they can’t, and won’t, tell us before we find out from Duke.

Thank you jen!!!

^what he said

I can tell you with 100% certainty that this is FALSE. Interviewers are told of the admission status of their interviewees usually 24-48 hours AFTER decisions are released. So, yes, there’s no point in trying to track down your interviewer.

Correction: she said!

She* mah b hahah

What Jen. says makes a lot of sense, I dont think one should be finding out from anyone other than Duke, its kinda like hearing from the doctor about a test, the nurse or technician cannot tell you :-)
