How much does this question matter? One of the activities that's the most important to me is my participation in a Model Congress, and I'm planning on staying involved in politics even though that particular program probably won't be offered. Should I check the box for I intend to continue?
Thanks for your advice :)

anyone? its probably not that big of a deal but i’m still a bit confused over this…

I think you are right that it is not that big of a deal. As long as you are not blatantly lying about your intent, I think it’s fine.
If you think clarification is important, you might have the opportunity to do it elsewhere in the application, especially if the schools you’re applying to have a supplementary application.
Lots of kids change their minds about what they “intend” to do after they get to college.

My opinion is that if you intend to participate in something similar or related, it’s OK to check the box. Since this is on the Common App, I don’t think it’s that important to determine whether each of the colleges offers that activity (unless you make a big deal in your application about how that activity is essential for you).
