<p>I am so worried. my #1 choice is IU and I need to get in no matter what
people say that is has been harder than last year to get in.</p>

<p>so i want you gy's opinion about me getting in to the school.</p>

<p>GPA 3.52 UW
Instate (but has no citizenship to U.S) I get the instate tuition which is cheaper.. if i get accpeted.</p>

<p>ACT 21
Decent EC
Decent teacher's recommendations.
450 hours of Volunteery work.
Academic HOnors Diploma
About 5 AP courses
About 10 Honors courses...</p>

<p>You've posted this several times and received answers. I'm sorry if this is harsh, but simply because one does not like an answer does not change the answer. Only YOU can change the possible outcome by taking the SAT or ACT again. IU does look at class rank. What is your rank? Top 10% will help your cause. I also hope you did not make similar spelling and grammatical errors on your application. </p>

<p>I would also suggest confirming the instate tuition since you are not a U.S. citizen.</p>
