Once I send my transcript/SAT scores in 2 weeks or so, how long on average before I receive a decision?

You applied for what, the Fall 2007 or 2008 semester? Average time is 6 weeks. I really hope you did not apply for the fall of 2007.

because it is very late.

Fall 2008 semester is the one I applied too.

haha plently of time then

I sent my transcript in. Now we play the waiting game. So exciting.

yeah... you appplied early so i would not be suprised if you heard by the middle of Sept. Early October by the latest. Best of luck to you.

It'd be sweet if I got an acceptance letter in mid September. Early October would also be great. I hope you're right.

really broad question kind of about all schools but do they wait to look over your app until you have turned in all parts. So if the app is in but not transcript or SATs they wait.. correct... aka takes longer, the longer you take to get all materials in?

sorry to steal the post lol but anyone?

I think they wait until you send everything in,

I am highly awaiting an answer although it's only September 1st.

where else are you applying rutgers27?

So far I've only applied to Rutgers. If I get accepted there, I'm going there. I chose not to take SATs in October b/c I figure I'll have my decision by then. I'm really banking on Rutgers so I hope I dont get f-cked over.

Where else are you applying?

rutgers27 - i'm pretty much in the same situation as you, if i get to rutgers i'm gonna go there .. but i AM signed up for sats in october, though idk whether to just send my first score in anyway - i got a 2040 - and then send the second results later.. i have no idea if this would affect my chances either. either way, i send in my application tomorrow or thursday.

good luck! maybe i'll see you at ru ...

when my daughter applied she heard in about 4 weeks but she had all of her scores sent asap. she is very happy at newark but will be transfering in jan to nb for more art history classes. good luck all
