<p>The portal might be overloaded. I’m assuming most people got that invitation from Irvine for the college live event and thought that the message meant admission. Everyone goes on to check, and bam! A server designed for probably no more than a few hundred log ins at a time suddenly gets thousands. </p>
<p>Or, I could be horribly wrong.</p>

<p>I was able to login but still no decision… ugh its stupid that fricken Irvine can’t release decisions all at once. ****es me off!</p>

<p>yesterday, those that got in received their acceptances around 10</p>
<p>i was able to log on to check my admission at school. but i checked early in the morning during my 1st period class. i tried checking it righ t now and the portal is down…</p>
<p>On the UCI Admissions Facebook page, someone asked if some decisions were released today(3/21/12) and UCI Admissions responded with, “Yes, some students were notified. It might be posted on MyAdmissions tomorrow though.” There is still hope!</p>
<p>oh, thats weird that it was at 10. Ya the portal isn’t really working. i managed to log on but its taking a really long time and usually it doesn’t work. it only worked after i started refreshing a lot.</p>
