<p>It didn’t say that. “decisions” doesn’t mean acceptances. Decisions can mean rejections too. Obviously that wasn’t the last wave of “decisions” because that would mean rejections came out last night too. The people at UC irvine aren’t idiots. If they wanted to say last wave of acceptances, they would’ve said THAT not “decisions”
