I just moved out on my own. What gear do I need to stock my apartment? Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining room, bathroom, etc… Thanks!

You don’t have to have everything on that list but it’s a great place to start.
Think about the things that you use on a regular basis. There are tons of checklists for moving into your first apartment, dorm room, etc. Those lists tend to be full of a ton of things that you’ll rarely, if ever need.
Bathroom - Toilet brush, towels, wash cloths, shower curtain, a shower mat, and the various hygiene products that you use. Toilet paper, obviously. A soap dish, toothbrush holder
Kitchen - This depends on your needs. Definitely get a can opener though. Some people live off of basically nothing but frozen food that gets cooked in the microwave or oven. Some people like to cook real meals. In general, one could easily get by with a few baking sheets, a skillet or two, and a couple of different sized pots, along with a few bigger spoons and a spatula or two…a can opener and a few different sharp knives. Silverware, plates, and bowls obviously. Does the apartment have a microwave? Do you need one? What about an ice tray? A toaster is a good thing to have. It’s good to have 2-3 different sized storage containers for leftovers. Aluminum foil and/or plastic wrap. And don’t forget the can opener. The various checklists often include blenders and mixers and things like that…but a lot of people never use them. Do you drink coffee? My coffee pot is one of my most important possessions…lol
Bedroom - Is the bed furnished? I’m able to get by with having just one set of sheets and one comforter, plus a couple of extra lighter blankets. An extra pillow or two can be good. You might want a lamp for the bedroom so you can have dimmer light when desired, with a night stand to put it on.
Don’t forget to have cleaning supplies handy. I typically get by with some Windex, a general surface cleaner for my counters, table tops
