<p>what does it means? quartile ,quintile ,decile</p>

<p>I am among the top 10 student out of a 180 students class
what do I need to write here?</p>

<p>quart = 1/4 = top 25%, 50%, 75%
quint = 1/5 = top 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%
dec = 1/10 = top 10%, 20%, 30%, etc.</p>

<p>10/180 = 5.6%, so you are in the top 10% or first decile.</p>
