With a 3.92 UW you’re in the top 15-20%?! Must be one heckuva school.
I don’t know the schools that well, with the exceptions of Bowdoin, so this will mostly be freewheeling commentary.

Your ACT isn’t great, but from what I know about Bowdoin’s stats, your GPA and rank should help you (98%+ are in top 25% of their class, so don’t freak out if your rank isn’t on an HYPSM level).

Two varsity sports show that you’ve been committed to physical as well as mental development–unless you were a fair-weather member, of course. However, you do have a wide range of interests that show you’re not a one-track sort of person. One thing to be aware of, though, is that there’s not a lot of focus. You do have the honor society memberships and leadership, but bear in mind that it’s what you do as a leader, or even as a member, that really counts, not how many laurels and honors you collected. The volunteering and tutoring seem a bit generic; be sure to elaborate on these in your applications if you haven’t submitted them already.

Your low GPA and bad test scores won’t be the death of you if your essays show that you are a creative person whose intelligence is not necessarily revealed by test scores. Plus, refugee status helps loads. I know I certainly emphasized that in my applications. :D

And for Bowdoin, I’ll put you at a nice 8.5 out of 10. You have a really good shot at this school; it’s your SATs that might be the invisible landmine, so make sure your essays ROCK.

I dunno if any of this helps. But at any rate, best of luck!!
